The JR5000 weigh scale is for use by small to medium producers who need to manage individual animals by weight and weight gain as well as stock agents to easily maintain their records.
The JR5000 weigh scale indicator gives you the capability to record information against Electronic ID (EID) and Visual tags, allowing you to easily capture and analyse individual animal performance and history. Replacing guesswork with facts, the JR5000 displays live weight gain since the previous session, showing animal performance right there in the yard.
Tru-Test’s unique Superdamp 4™ weighing technology locks onto the weight of the liveliest animals faster than ever before. Combined with a rugged design, suitable for even the most extreme outdoor farm environments, Tru-Test’s weigh scales indicators have earned a global reputation as the animal weight capture and data management solution.
Using its built-in Bluetooth® technology, the JR5000 connects to Tru-Test EID readers, automatically transferring scanned ID’s straight into the weigh scale indicator, saving time and improving accuracy. The animal’s VID can also be entered manually using the large and durable keypad.
The JR5000 weigh scale holds 1,000,000 records taken from 1,000 sessions, with five way drafting of weight using a companion auto-drafter and automatic data entry to the Datamars Livestock Cloud.
