We’re recruiting marketing and sales/admin staff for our E-commerce business 4Tags.co.nz.
Flexible working arrangements are available for suitable candidates. Experience in Agriculture is favourable but not essential as training will be provided.
The successful applicant will produce communications material to a diverse customer base located throughout New Zealand, Australia and other countries as well as reporting to key managers within the organisation.

Job Description
As the Marketing, Sales & Communications Manager, you will be collaborating with the sales and purchasing teams to collate and communicate weekly offerings and information updates to farmers in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and the USA.
Experience in Farming/Agriculture would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. The successful applicant will be trained on all aspects of our marketing, sales and customer services operations.
A good remuneration package and bonus scheme is available. Flexible working arrangements are available for suitable candidates.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Focus on providing outstanding communication to a large audience using text, email, press, direct mail and social media tools.
- Regularly create promotional material for online content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and other systems.
- Outbound call customers to survey performance of products, communications and our company.
- Co-ordinate with Business Development team to maintain and update CRM system.
- Understand and follow company guidelines and procedures.
You as the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Marketing/Sales/Farming background, ideally with previous experience.
- Self-motivated, graphic design focused with an attention to detail.
- Competence in the use of computer systems including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Adobe Creative Cloud solutions.
- Organised and with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
- Quick to gain product knowledge and keen to remain up to date with new products and Ag technology.
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems.
- Ability to work within a busy team environment or work autonomously when required.

We’re recruiting a Business Development Manager for our National Ecommerce business 4Tags.co.nz. The position is available at our Auckland Office.

The successful applicant will build sales and foster relationships with a diverse customer base located throughout New Zealand and the Pacific as well as reporting to key managers within the organisation.

- To be responsible for all aspects of the Company’s Sales in order to meet or exceed exceed Sales Budgets and achieve a resultant minimum budgeted profit.
- Examine financial/Sales reports/data and use them to set sales targets
- Ensure all sales targets are achieved
- Manage, maintain and validate customer contacts ensuring CRM system
- Improve sales order processing processes to eliminate errors and streamline administrative process.
- Liaise with finance department to ensure all after sales/customer service and supply chain queries are responded to.
- Manage Sales element of budgets and forecasts
- Recruit, train, supervise and motivate sales staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
You as the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Sales/Customer Service/Product/Farming background, ideally with previous experience.
- Self-motivated, sales focused, and very hardworking.
- Competence in the use of computer systems including SalesForce, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
- Organised, reliable and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
- Quick to gain product knowledge and keen to remain up to date with new products.
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems.
- Ability to work within a busy team environment or work autonomously when required.
