GSatSolar for Game is the best choice for intelligent animal tracking and management, allowing you to spend less time driving, riding, and roaming vast areas looking for animals. This tag is suitable for Cats, Rhinos, Elephants, Gorillas, Bald Eagles, Chimpanzees, Pandas, Orangutans, Polar Bears, Hippopotamus, Wolves & Coyote. For tracking other animals and general wildlife the GSat Solar for Wildlife should be used.
Each GSatSolar device requires no charging, as it is powered by the solar panel on the surface of each unit. A full charge is possible with normal daily sunlight, and is good enough to allow the device to report 10 times before needing more power.
Each GSatSolar device is a compact and lightweight tracker, making it perfect for game and wildlife. Available in single pin or double pin versions and at just 30 grams, it is light enough to go unnoticed, regardless of where or how you mount it.
Applied with a familiar applicator it’s re-usable and can be used on multiple animals by re-fitting with a new male tag and “Tether” (both available in packs of 50).
Every tag can be assigned an Annual satellite subscription reporting for up to 24 times per day.
Movements can be tracked and monitored on the GSat Track dashboard with Geofencing and journey visualization and alerts able to be set. Login to your dashboard HERE.
The GSat Solar can also pass information to your software provider of choice via API. Choose your preferred software Dashboard or we’ll contact you to arrange.
Available Singularly or in boxes of 5 . The price is Per Animal. Additional male buttons, tethers and clips for reuse are sold separately. Tethers are clear UV Resistant Aliphatic TPU, Images show blue for illustration only.

- The GSat Rancher Tag Product Warranty is provided by Global Satellite Engineering, LLC. The terms of the GSat Rancher Tag Product Warranty are set out in the GSE Terms of User.
- The benefits given to you in the GSat Tag Product Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law in relation to the GSE Tag products.
- To make a claim under the Product Warranty during the Warranty Period, you will need to contact GSE (Contact Info) to register your claim and provide GSE details to assess your claim.
- To ensure this process proceeds as promptly as possible please include the flowing in your initial email:
- the email that you placed the order with
- your name
- the original order number
- the details of the product you are looking to return – serial number or Batch number
- evidence of your perceived problem with the product and any additional information or imagery (photographs, video or other means) that may be relevant to processing your claim. Imagery should be clear and detailed. If the performance of the tag is a concern, please ensure the tag is clean of all dirt, grime and bodily matter for clarity of the issue.
- your intended outcome if claim is approved – refund, replacement or, at your election, a store credit
- If your intention is to claim for multiple products please provide the above information for each product within the one email. Please note that the cost of shipping, tax and customs paid and calculated at the checkout are non-refundable and will not be included in your warranty claim.
- The GSE team will generally advise as to the progress of your claim within a reasonable time frame from receipt of your email.
